Sketch Phase- You will receive a rough draft of the layout and base colors. This is the phase we have the most flexibility to make adjustments. (We can start over in this phase)

Clean Up Phase- This phase you will receive a more detailed version of the piece with additional assets added. We can still make adjustments here, but on a smaller scale. (No starting over)

Final Touches Phase- Your artwork is almost complete this is where we make minor adjustments.

Completion Preview - This phase the design will be complete and the last time to approve the piece.

I will not accept commissions that are AI.

All assets for the project must be ready at the time of order.

Once projects are completed and accepted I cannot update the files without an additional fee.

I have a right to cancel the project if I feel uncomfortable working with you.

Completed orders have 72hrs to respond/request changes before art is automatically sent over.

Payment is due up front for orders that are under $100.

Orders over $100 are eligible for a payment plan. [[Payment plans must be discussed upfront before purchase]]

Commission will not be started until payments have been cleared.

Unlimited adjustments included in sketch phase.

Beyond the first sketch there are limitations on adjustments.

You cannot change the theme of your commission after purchase. If you do you will be subject to an additional fee.

Once an order is completed and accepted no further adjustments can be made.

Turn around times can vary on queue size.

If your order has a deadline you must relay that date at the time of purchase.

Projects that require a quick turn around will be subject to a rush fee.

You may use the art on streams and social media without Commercial use.

You may not use my art for AI.

You may not purchase my art with the intention of re-sell.

You may not trace or alter my art and claim it as your own. You may not use ToS sheet as your own it belongs to AmayaSin.

Art commissions do not include Commercial use.

Commercial use must be purchased if you plan to use the art anywhere & anyhow to receive monetary profit from it. [[Physical Merch, Corporations, Video Games, Etc.]]

To purchase Commercial use let me know at the time of purchase, or before your begin making profit.

Commercial use is not required for stream or social media use.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the order has not been started. Once the first sketch has been sent then the commission is no longer refundable

Commissions are subject to the steps laid out in my Art Process. Please read over these steps before purchase.

Charge backs will be reported directly to VGen.

VGen orders will be communicated through VGen.

Email or Discord communication can be included in certain cases
